Program Development
Our behaviour specialists are experienced in developing programs to suit all ability levels. Program development is dependent on data collection, direct and indirect observation, and functions of behaviour. We target goals that are in accordance with Individualized Education Plans.
Social Skills Training
Bedrock Behaviour works in collaboration with schools to promote friendship skills, problem solving abilities, perspective-taking, and overall positive social interactions with peers and teachers. We also work on playground skills and understanding recess rules. Our behaviour specialists work with individual students, as well as small and large groups.
Classroom Observation
We understand the demands of a busy classroom and the stress it can place on complex learners, as well as their teachers. We provide classroom observation and data collection on individual students or classrooms as a whole in order to determine how to best address unwanted behaviour.
Educator Coaching & Support
Evidence-based practices are becoming more common in the school environment. As such, it is important that educators feel confident in their abilities, and have the tools required to implement interventions properly and consistently. Our specialists can help develop classroom management techniques, and will ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
Professional Development Workshops
Bedrock Behaviour Services offers professional development workshops on various topics including: Applied Behaviour Analysis in the classroom, functions of behaviour and targeted interventions, data collection, group contingencies and behaviour contracts, etc. Our specialists work with administrators to determine how to best address behavioural challenges within the building, and design sessions to target the specific needs of the school staff.
